The story of a woman’s success in mushroom cultivation with the cooperation of the Youth Better Future and Social Organization
My name is Atefa Koshan, and I am from the village of Aziz Khan, Taloqan. I used to run my own beauty salon and made a living from it. However, after the fall of the Republic, beauty salons were closed, and my life went into crisis. All my sources of income were lost, and due to economic problems, I found myself in a very difficult situation. I spent my days in worry and despair, with no bright future in sight.
One day, the Youth Better Future and social Organization came to our village and conducted a survey. Fortunately, I was selected as a beneficiary of this project. The Organization provided us with the opportunity to learn mushroom cultivation. Initially, I was worried about how to utilize this project, but with the support and guidance of the Organization’s staff, I received both theoretical and practical training on mushroom cultivation.
In a short time, I was able to start mushroom cultivation and learned it well. After 25 days, I harvested my first batch of mushrooms. The day I took my first products to the market and sold them, I felt a glimmer of hope in my life. Now that I have earned a good income from this product, my economic situation has significantly improved.
I thank the Youth Better Future and Social Organization for coming to our village and selecting me as a beneficiary of this project. My life has improved, and hope for the future has been revived in me.
In conclusion, I ask the esteemed Organization to expand this useful and effective program so that more poor women, widows, and needy individuals can benefit from this opportunity and improve their economic situation. I hope that all those who are in difficult conditions can also experience a better life with the help of this project.
